Suffocating Struggles

As sad as this might sound, struggles suffocate in such a way that some people are driven to the decition that ‘slashing’ their wrist open and letting the blood drip is their solution.

Believe me, I know the feeling.

Its hard, stressful. Is very hard to learn things that you were so scared on finding. I know how it feels and I know many people do too. Many people out there don’t want to face their fears.

Those silent demons that lurk in the dark waiting for the right moment to jump on you and take you out in the blink of an eye. Somethings are just so hard to accept, they become… well… struggles. Hence of the purpose of this blog. Suffocating struggles of life.

It sounds so poetic doesn’t?

Haven’t you noticed that when a person is having an inner struggle is when the best poems blossom?

I’ve noticed. Usually when I feel my heart been torn from its place by life’s hits, its when I get inspired. Writing just seems to flow better that way. Just like that one flower that blossoms right after a wildfire?

That’s just how many things happen. When life pulls the trigger that’s when inspiration or solutions flourish. There’s not a better way, as contradicting that it may sound, its when we are cornered into a wall, with a knife at our throats and a gun at our heads, that our vision clarifies and we see either our way out or the distraction that will help us get through. Or, its when we see, that they were people behind that one who is holding the knife and the gun, just waiting for our signal to take action and help us out of the hell we feel we’re in.

Struggles are necessary, so stop asking for them to go away.

Unfairness

Ok, so hello there all of you who read this. I’m just gonna do a very tiny blog on unfairness… Yes, unfairness. From whose part? well that’s easy since we all know the answer, life in general. (who here thought I was gonna say the government? raise hands) Well technically the government rules our life and they make it unfair right? (who ever doesn’t agree keep reading) well, as many adults may think that teenagers don’t notice these thing because were too busy with our “wild” life to notice the political problems around us. Well, I got a notice for you, WE DO NOTICE IT and it affects us as much as it does to you, considering we’re the ones living on this Earth longer than you, if you get my point? The thing is that since you guys are stressing all out about it, we just decide to play it cool and leave all the hair-pulling, screaming hysteria to you, because you guys do a better drama queen/king than us anyway.

Anyhow, this blog isn’t about unfairness in the government, or high taxes, or breath-taking prices in registration of vehicles, this is about unfairness of life. How exactly is life been unfair though? Like really is there any prove of it? Starving people in Africa perhaps? Foster children in Mexico? The big fat money millionaires who pretend to care but they really don’t? What is really a sign of unfairness in life. Have you ever wonder about it? Have you ever asked yourself that question?

What question you ask me? Very simple answer actually…

Is life been unfair?

Or are we been unfair to life?

Lets be realistic for a moment here. Life gives, in every second of it, a choice, which comes actually in a pack of two or more choices. We usually chose one, correct? Well, after we chose that one option life gave us and we go through the “journey” that life wants us (wait, re-phrase) that we chose to take (from all the other options that life gave us) then we go and look up to heaven and ask this very common question

“WHY GOD? WHY?”

Have you ever done that? I know I have.

Don’t ask why if you were the one to choose it. I mean, you had the power (reference to He-Man :-) ) to choose your destiny (now I’m sounding like Gandhi or something) you had the choice of which path to take.

In other words, life isn’t unfair, we are the ones that have been unfair to life by choosing the little, non significant, easy, lazy, non working choices.

Maybe we should stop blaming life and start blaming ourselves.

Hard Enough?

OK, like if teenage life wasn’t hard enough, it decides to throw a whole elephant on our backs, or doesn’t it? Now really, we live in our teens for about what? 9-10 years of our life?, maybe even less, but still we are suppose to deal with the biggest amount of drama and complications in our whole entire existence, and they (as in human society itself) expect us to make it alive. How logical does that sound?. I mean, come on I get it, adults have their HUGE drama moments every once in a while and so do little kids, but in reality I believe teenagers have the biggest amount of drama yet, but society doesn’t want to let us express it unless is in front of some bald headed dude that makes us lie down on a couch and talk about our deepest fears. Do they really care? Or do they even know what are they doing? Half of the time their questions don’t even relate to what we are feeling AND say the wrong word and BAM!!!!!!! like 1,000 pills before going to bed and you’ll be ‘good as new’  Don’t make me laugh, you can’t fix all the damage teenage life does to us with a few pills before going to bed. Oh and don’t forget that we also have to deal with test and homework’s and school and teachers and family and friends and innner conflicts and outer conflicts and blah blah blah. There are things that can’t be fixed by talking to some bald headed stranger every two weeks. We need our family, the ones who were there for us when we hurt our knees because of falling, or the ones that were there when we cried scared at night. We need our family TODAY as teenagers as much as we needed them as kids, but you can’t really expect us to be utterly open about everything now do you?  In reality, we take our feelings into a whole different level and guess what, when is too much, we bottle it up and simply zip it Simply that, we won’t talk about it. Now think about this and answer your self. Is teenage life really that great and easy?

First Post

Ok, so I’m completely excited I found this site, I mean, I’ve been wanting to blog for a long time but didn’t find a site and people weren’t really helpful about it if you know what I mean.

The main purpose for this blog is to basically let my thoughts out, I mean come on, we all want to be able to express freely. Some do it by painting, like the artist. Some by singing, like bands and such. Some, by writing, like poets, short story writers, novel authors and well…. bloggers, am I not correct?

Well, I hope that you enjoy reading this and I wish that many people can relate to what I say here. Yes…. I am in my teenage years but that doesn’t mean that I don’t go through hard core struggle day by day.

Have a wonderful day and enjoy life with God by your side.

P.S. I’m christian ;-P
